In fact, the other guest once asked about another employee and was told they were fired for stealing. Apparently the front desk staff has a high turnover. Most of them are entirely miserable, immature, and unprofessional.
Good location right off of I-84. Close to restaurants for quick bites. Rooms are a great size. If you've started at Homewood before it's two rooms with a kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast is the standard fare. Staff has always been pleasant on our stays there.
Great hotel. Very clean and feels like home. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great venue. Breakfast was great and coffee service was available at all times.

The housekeeping manager is known for humiliating & belittling guests in front of other staff & guests & all the managers in general have been rude.
I'd avoid this place entirely.
Hide your belongings! Bring a safe! This company employs people that steal. I'm not the only long-term guest that knows this.

Someone on staff stole my food, wine, & my only baseball hat that my godfather gave me twenty years ago. And KETCHUP. Absurd.
The management must believe that ketchup has legs and perhaps opened and walked out of my refrigerator? Nilsa or Nilfa the housekeeping manager basically discounted my complain and she did so loud enough to entertain the staff & other guests.

After reporting my stolen goods 2 weeks ago I decided to call corporate again (no help) as I found more items from my room gone (my room was serviced and I wasn't there; that's when the stealing happened).
Didn't stay here, but it's a great place to hold an audition. The large breakfast area makes a great waiting area, and the conference rooms are large and we'll equipped.
