I spoke to the manager about this. She came up with excuse after excuse as I called her out. At first she stated that it was hard to find someone to go in the fitting room to help -- to this I said she was clearly helping us and just left with out saying anything. Then she stated that this girl was new and had to leave to go ask questions. I told her what I saw and that the lady was clearly not new as I witnessed her work and knew what she was doing. I got an apology and was told to return to finish my "journey" of bra fitting. This "journey" would just be us stranded in the fitting room with no help.
Unprofessional. My little sister went in for a bra fitting. At first the lady was helping three people including my sister. The other two were all set, received their correct sizes and left. The lady that was helping us suddenly left as well. Didn't say a word to either of us. My sister and I waited in the fitting room for 15 min waiting for this woman to come back to help. We went out the fitting room to see her socializing with her coworkers.
Never had a problem here. Great selection and awesome deals if you catch them on a sale (which is often). Great quality too, never had anything break or stretch that wasn't several years old. I highly recommend Victoria's Secret for your undergarments, and this establishment has a lot of friendly associates that are always willing to help.
My experience here was pretty disappointing. I could not get enough help from a sales person. When I asked for a certain size she opened a drawer with her leg and pointed at it. It was rude.
How do they only have 1 cash register open on a Saturday???? Longest line ever. The manager who is skinny and dark haired is a real b****. The younger one who sometimes has a flower on her head is super nice. Ever have any complaints I would recommend her.
