The customer service is always great when I go to the store
If you're looking for a great deal on shoes, clothes or household items this is the place to go. Easy returns from hautelook or online store. Good customer service
The one problem I had, is there is quite a few things missing something. Like a suit, sold as a two peice, and missing the pants.

They have great service. Always there when you have a question, and will do the best they can to help even when they are not sure.
The store was clean, but dressing rooms need more maintenance since customers toss the needles all over the floor. They kept the displays in great shape by closely monitoring them.
I used to run to Syms years ago. This is my new place, and better.
Prices are awesome. Can get brand name suits for a third of the actual price.
This store started off on the right track with a great selection, however, they've fallen off. I could never find anything good anymore. The staff is friendly and they keep their store clean.
