I visited this place for the first time and I really like how is greatly maintained. Very helpful and customer oriented employees. Nice and clean all around.

Most of the store well maintained till you get too front end one lane for 12 or less one lane for big orders . I think you don't want employees . Not impressed it's the same on weekends too.
This place seems to be going downhill. The checkout process has been irritating every time I go. I've been held up by the same girl twice now when I get checked out, either management isn't around or a mistake is made. I've always let's these things slide but it's happened one too many times at the Unionville location. They need to get it together with some of their staff. They are friendly, but there needs to be better quality control and efficiency.
Easily the worst Stop and Shop I have ever shopped at due to the poor store efficiency and bad customer service approach of the management. Checkout lines are consistently long and frequently staffed by inadequately trained clerks. I used to like to come here due to the convenience, but store performance has gotten far worse over the past year and it just isn't worth it. There are far better shopping choices in Avon and Bristol with store staff that really care about how they treat their customers.
