Terrible experience in grooming. They shaved my dog down to almost nothing , the cut is very uneven. They keep the dog all day and are expensive. A full grooming price does not include nail filing or brushing of fur. So those are added to the "full grooming" price. My dog shakes like a leaf every time I take him in a pet store. He's terrified. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED AT PETCO!!!
The cookie bar always empty and when some of cookies filled all duplex cookies and a lot of small cookies how about big dogs that like the honey glazed donut ones and Carbo chip cookies and they never help you awful service
We scheduled an appointment to have our puppy groomed by their grooming service. The appointment was scheduled 3 days in advance however no one informed us that we needed to bring our puppies rabies vaccination paperwork. I had 3 days to get this faxed from our vet and would have been happy to but since I didn't know, all we brought with us were the puppies tags which provide information that he had his rabies vaccine in 2017. When we arrived, the technician said she could not groom the dog and we could reschedule the appointment. This was a total waste of time and now our dog is not groomed for a family party we are attending this weekend.

If I could do no stars, I would. The actual store itself is great but the grooming salon is horrendous. It took four hours for them to even start grooming my dog. They used his age and size as excuses for it taking so long, both of which are not valid. The manager said that they've had problems with their groomers but haven't been able to do anything because no one ever submits formal complaints. I'm still waiting for him to be finished and it's been almost five and a half hours.
