Prices keep going up more then in other places. The guy in the office isn't the nicest person either. Last year older lady used to work there and she was very helpful unlike the person that is there now.
Reggie was extremely polite, helpful and considerate. He made sure I understood the policies and regulations of the unit. He was very thorough. This was a plesant experience.
Excellent customer service today, 6/10/17. I placed a call because I had forgot the code to get through the security gate at the entrance of the facility. Ralph provided me the information via email within 2 minutes of my request. Thanks Ralph....
