Jessica the manager really went above and beyond to solve an issue I had with a previous high dollar purchase. She is very caring and compassionate and goes out of her way to please the customers. You don't really find that now a days with customer service. As for the store very clean with a very large selection of items. Great store!
Bad costumer service. Had a problem with a necklace and they refused to exchange it even though it was still in the store. Called multiple times, the manager (Jessica) never returned my calls. Terrible customer service and issue not solved. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
