My usual salon didn't have any openings so I stopped in here for a pedicure. The woman asked me if I wanted to trim my nails and I said yes, please make them shorter either by filing or clipping. She barely touched my cuticles, she used the tool but she barely made contact. She barely made contact when she was doing my heals as well. The 5 minute massage you couldn't even call a massage, more like a gentle rub. To make matters even worse this salon is very unsanitary. In the time I was there I watched 3 different technicians finish with their clients. NOT ONE OF THEM CLEANED THE STATION BEFORE TAKING THE NEXT CLIENT. All they do is RINSE the tub. They don't use any type of cleaner, they don't scrub, they just rinse!
I will be reccomending this place to everyone :)
You def get what you pay for. There's a reason they only charge $20 for a pedicure!
When I got home I realized my nails are still quite long, they're not evenly filed, and they're all different lengths. And my cuticles look as if they were never touched.
The only thing this salon has going for them is the friendliness of the staff.
I have had NOTHING but wonderful experiences here! I have gotten a gel manicure every time I've visited, and the staff did a perfect job (and I must admit, I'm quite particular). They have a huge selection of colors to choose from, they give you a complimentary back massage while during your manicure, and a hand massage! My gel usually lasts upwards of 3 weeks, much better than anywhere else I've gone in the area. It's clean, relaxing, and the staff is very friendly. Thumbs up and 5 stars!
I am new to the area and this is by far my favorite place for a pedicure. The only downside is they always seem very busy.
