This place gives me the vibe of more than a sales pitch rather than a dental office. They didn't even clean my teeth for my 6th month routine follow up. They said I needed deep cleaning scaling. Since I didn't have the funds to pay for it they didn't want to bother with me. Not even scheduling for my next follow up. I have no build up in my teeth and I am very picky when it comes to oral health. So I called back to see if another hygienist can look at my teeth as I feel the treatment plan is incorrect. It's been 2 days and still no call back from them but yet they already charged my insurance for the xray n cleaning that never took place. I'm really disappointed in how I was treated and they kept pushing to get a loan so my teeth can be taken care of. The dentist didn't even come look at my teeth to confirm if the treatment plan is accurate. I was just confused on what happened and how I was basically pushed out the door for not taking the extra out of pocket services.

Horrible to customers. Lady taking the x rays had me gag 4 times on the plastic piece that you bite down on. Then sprays a ton of mouth numbing stuff in my mouth for about 15 seconds of spraying. All of this happening while another one is telling me for 350$ today to get looked at with no promise of any work being done on me. Then takes a xray picture to yell from another room and say okay you can take that thing out of your mouth. So yes if you anyone looking to come here i suggest highly you find a new place.

My mouth, gums, and roof of my mouth hurt for days after just a basic cleaning. The cleaning hurt like a mutha and caused my whole mouth to swell for the following days. It hurt so bad I couldn't eat anything solid. This visit was also like a "silent visit" where everyone except for the xray tech decided they would interact with the patient (me) with as little communication as possible. It was like pulling teeth (no pun intended) trying to get answers regarding my mouth hygiene, wisdom teeth removal process, etc.
The staff is is completely incompetent. Number of issues with them losing records, losing appointments. Dentist rushes in and tells you to nothing then rushes back into her office and closes the door. Real helpful. Don’t waste your money at this place, you’ll pay more later to fix the problems again.
