I just bought a brand new car. I asked the guy if the cloth that is used would scratch the car and he assured me that it didn't. His exact words were " we wouldn't be in business if that happened" well I have a bunch of little scratches. Now I have to pay to get my vehicle buffed. So I wouldn't recommend anyone with a brand new car to go here. I also had water spits all over. Left out of there really unhappy

Water Works is pretty good. I agree with other reviewers of the self serve, very little soap is dispensed in the "soap" cycle and the rinse water is dirty. Those are easy fixes, which would bring the place up to a 5-star rating.
