Would have been a great hotel if everyone actually had a place to sleep.
NOT FRIENDLY TO PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE TO MY CHILD WHO HAS AUTISM AND TO HIS CAREGIVER. Front desk supervisor would not allow my severely autistic child to use the pool until a credit card had been authorized (try explaining that to an autistic child) even though a reservation had been made. The front desk supervisor and general manager were also rude to me as I tried to work through the situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it is NOT WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED AT OTHER MARRIOTT HOTELS.
Solid middle if the road Marriott hotel. Nothing amazing or noticeably terrible. It's about what you'd expect. WiFi seems costly, but as a Gold Elite member I'm happy to not have to pay for it. Executive building is billed as being newer, but I couldn't tell a difference. TV's could be better quality.
I stayed in this hotel for the weekend for a wedding. The beds were comfy and the hotel was nice, but many of my family members were left with NO beds to sleep in. Multiple members reserved a room with two full size beds for four people to stay in a room, only to discover there was only one king bed in the room. When pillows and blankets were requested so that my younger cousins could just sleep on the floor, it took them two hours to get them. All the front desk could do was tell them the rooms weren't guarenteed. How can they reserve a room for 4 people, but not guarentee beds for them? Worst experience I ever had staying in any hotel.
