While some of the employees there are kind, there are a few that are incredibly unwelcoming. I walked in hoping to buy quite a bit, excited that I was able to go in store as I usually just order online; while I was "welcomed" by a pushy woman who talked to me like I'm a child and attempted to manipulate me into buying product. Following me around store, pointing out things I didn't ask about and once I decided on the one thing I was able to grab without being harassed over she replied with "Ready to check out already? Go look around, take your time. Lots to buy." Poor customer service, way too pushy, and rude when I finally declined anything further. I'll stick to shopping online, it's a lot simpler.
Expensive, but great tea selection. Bought a tea set and it does exactly what it's supposed to. Associates are helpful, and can create new tea mixes for you based on what you like.
Tasty samples -- try the tea when you're walking by. Friendly and helpful staff explain tips for preparing the tea. Good selection, and reasonable prices.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered my wife an expensive bone China teapot set for a present and had to exchange it for a different one and they wouldn't let me exchange in store and had me pay for shipping to ship it back to the distribution center. Never ever again.
