The food looked nice and the waitress was nice too. BUT, I got really bad stomach upset right after. It was also pretty cold there, so it felt like we were sitting in the refrigerator. Dessert selection was very small too. It is either a cheese case or the salad with salmon that caused that stomach ache...I won't come there again after that.
What a delightful resturant. Beautiful setting and atmosphere. Very attentive servers. Food is comforting and familiar. I recommend the lobster bisque, wedge salad with bleu cheese and bacon. Nice to have a good eating place in Westfarms other than fast food
The food was great and the dessert was really good but the service was not good and the sprite had no soda that i couldn't differentiate it from a glass of water
Had the most exceptional service last night here. My friend and I love Brio and both eat here often. My friend's chicken however was slightly undercooked. She notified a manager who happened to be walking by. The manager profusely apologized, had an entire new meal made for her, ensured the second meal was excellent, and even took care of our bill for the night. I truly appreciated the staff of Brio going above and beyond to make our experience so great.
service was okay, slow but the waiter was friendly. The food choices were great and flavors good but EVERYTHING that was brought to the table from the LOBSTER BISQUE to all 3 Entres everything was tremendously salted, and I'm typically a person that adds salt to everything but sadly the meals we were served were all over salted to the point that it ruined the dinner.
