This Panera is terrible! They skimp on all the portions and if you pay for extra chicken (or any meat) you dont even get an adequate amount. Go to the Panera in Wethersfield, Ive never had an issue there.
The staff at this Panera are always friendly and polite. Orders are made promptly and accurately even when it gets busy. They were also kind enough to safely hold onto my lost keys once. I often choose this Panera branch from others nearby because of their quality service! Thank you!

We love Panera for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Super easy to order from the app to avoid lines.... delivery is very convenient. My only complaint is recent issues with accuracy of mobile orders and delivery. On the flip side - when I have experienced issues, the management team is super helpful.
